Brushed stainless steel panels, gullwing doors and a sharp wedge drawn by Giorgetto Giugiaro. The DeLorean DMC-12 was built in Northern Ireland in the early eighties, and only around 9,000 left the factory before the company collapsed. A starring role in a 1985 time-travel film gave it a second life that has lasted ever since.
This print shows the DMC-12 in its unpainted steel finish with the doors closed, the black grille with DMC lettering and the turbine-style wheels drawn in fine detail. The brushed texture of the body panels comes through clearly on matte fine art paper.
A conversation piece for film fans and car fans alike.
