Honda built the S2000 to mark its fiftieth anniversary, and it behaved like a company that had spent those fifty years chasing revs. The naturally aspirated four-cylinder revved to a 9,000 rpm redline, the six-speed manual was one of the best ever fitted to a road car, and the chassis rewarded drivers who took the time to learn it.
This print shows the S2000 in bright yellow with the soft top raised and the multi-spoke wheels drawn in fine detail. The long hood and short tail of a classic front-engined roadster give it a shape that reads cleanly on a wall.
For anyone who believes a great engine should be heard before it is seen.
